Inspired by her father, a respected gemstone expert in India since 1989, she was drawn to the timeless beauty of precious stones. Guided by this passion, she set out to create something of her own in the United States. Blue Star Gems reflects her journey rooted in love, learning, and a deep appreciation for the craft and meaning behind every gemstone.

Jyoti Vijaywargi’s fascination with gemstones began early in life during travels with her father, a skilled gemstone professional. Watching him work closely, she developed a deep admiration for the beauty, craftsmanship, and passion behind each stone. These early moments weren’t just memories—they were the foundation of a lifelong connection to the world of gemstones.
Inspired by her roots and her father’s legacy, Jyoti founded Blue Star Gems as a reflection of her personal journey. To bring her dream to life, she traveled to Bangkok, the heart of the global gemstone trade. There, she dedicated herself to learning everything from sourcing and grading to design and evolving market trends. Her time in Bangkok shaped her understanding of the industry from the inside out.
With relentless dedication, hands-on experience, and an enduring passion, Jyoti built a business that now reaches customers across the globe. Today, Blue Star Gems proudly stands as a symbol of her journey—rooted in quality, authenticity, and a genuine love for the timeless beauty of gemstones.

Jyoti's journey toward her vision brought her into contact with her success partner, Mr. Vinay Vijaywargi, a skilled entrepreneur with an MBA in international business from the UK. He was immediately captivated by Jyoti's unfettered passion and strong commitment to achieving her goals and decided to accompany her to the US, which finally led to the founding of Blue Star Gems. Their shared love and expertise for these dazzling, rare, and exquisite gemstones served as a constant source of inspiration, driving them to push their limits, innovate, and craft new and captivating designs that continue to fascinate their clientele.

At the heart of our organization is a deep passion to uplift those facing hardships due to limited resources or opportunities. One such inspiring story is that of Sakshi, a 14-year-old girl working in a factory to support her mother while dreaming of becoming a teacher. Despite her circumstances, her determination was undeniable.
When a friend introduced us to Sakshi, we met her family and stepped in to help. Using a portion of our profits, we enrolled her in a good school and committed to supporting her education. This gave her a real chance to pursue her dreams and build a better life.
