Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be requested for return within this period to be eligible.

Eligibility Conditions To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
• Free from damage, scratches, or signs of use
• Returned in original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity, gemstone grading reports, or gift boxes

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery
• Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the United States. For international returns (Australia, United Kingdom, and other countries), return shipping is also covered by Blue Star Gems. Please note that duties, customs fees, and taxes paid at import are non-refundable for international orders.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at bluestargemsny@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
4. Securely pack your item and drop it off at the designated carrier

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

No Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Exchanges We're happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size, style, or item of equal or greater value. Please contact us to discuss exchange options before returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
